The original rigging plot specified that 10 X 1 ton mother grid hanging points made with 1 ton chain hoists.
Apparently 5 x 2 tons chain hoist have been used instead, making bridles between the mother grid attachment points.
Structural collapse of the mother grid was the source of the load release.
